About Donald

Donald Cuba is an associate attorney at McGuire Law, P.C., where he focuses on class action litigation involving consumer protection, data privacy, and defective products. His experience includes cases involving the Sherman Antitrust Act, defective products, Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), and California’s privacy laws.  

Prior to joining McGuire Law, Donald gained nearly a decade of experience in business development while holding roles at publicly traded and private-equity-backed software and professional services companies. He is a member of the Chicago Blackhawks Alumni Association.
