About Ethan

Ethan Coniglio is an associate attorney at McGuire Law, P.C., where he focuses on class action litigation involving claims related to consumer protection, consumer privacy, and new and emerging technologies. His experience includes cases involving the Sherman Antitrust Act, Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), and California’s privacy laws.  

Prior to joining McGuire Law, Ethan gained valuable experience in regulatory compliance while holding roles in the federal government, national associations, and a multinational professional services company. He is a member of LAGBAC and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
