Eugene Turin is a partner at McGuire Law, P.C., where he focuses on consumer data privacy and automotive defects. Eugene has litigated numerous high-profile cases, securing substantial settlements for clients nationwide. His extensive experience includes cases involving the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and California’s wiretap laws.
Before joining McGuire Law, Eugene served as a judicial extern for Justice Terrence J. Lavin of the Illinois Appellate Court. He is dedicated to ensuring justice for consumers, leveraging his deep understanding of privacy laws to hold corporations accountable.
