About Joseph
Joseph Dunklin is an associate attorney at McGuire Law, where he focuses his practice on class action in the areas of data privacy and consumer protection. Joseph has served as class counsel in several cases that have resulted in significant recoveries for class members.
Before joining McGuire Law, Joseph developed appellate advocacy skills with the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center, engaged in community justice at Land of Lincoln Legal Aid’s expungement summits, and gained legislative experience as an intern with the United States House of Representatives. His approach to litigation is informed by professional experience in supply chain management and consumer data analytics, providing him with a unique perspective on client and industry challenges.
Joseph earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as an editor for the University of Illinois Law Review, and holds a B.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago. Originally from California, he is admitted to practice in Illinois and is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
