William Kingston is an associate attorney at McGuire Law, P.C., focusing on civil and commercial class action litigation. William has been a zealous advocate for his clients, securing millions of dollars in settlements that protect biometric, genetic, and technological data.

Prior to joining McGuire Law, William served underprivileged communities through a Fair Housing Clinic in Chicago and worked to combat racial and income-based discrimination. He also has experience organizing community outreach efforts for unions in Chicago and advocating for animal welfare as a board member of the Prince William County SPCA.
